Staff were nice. We arrived too early and asked if we could leave our bags at the reception so we could find some lunch. The same happened on checkout. We were able to leave our bags at the reception until we were ready to leave Londrina. Breakfast was really good. Hot dogs and pão de queijo were the favorites. I don't remember her name, but the receptionist with short hair and tattoos was helpful and very polite.
